Please allow for 2-5 working days for handling and then a further 2-3 working days for shipping. We hand pour most of our candles to order so that when you receive your candle the scent and wax is of the highest quality.
Returns are not accepted, except for damaged or faulty items. If your item has arrived damaged or broken you have 2 weeks after the product has arrived in which to have your product replaced. After the two weeks we are unable to exchange faulty or damaged items.
